Free home value report

What is your home
actually worth?

Enter your address and see the real prices that changed hands in your building, straight from New York City's public records. Then Carlos sends you the full analysis — the part an algorithm cannot do.

Your building, not a guess

We look up your address in the city register and pull the real sale prices recorded in your building — addresses, unit numbers and dates included.

Built for co-ops

New York City never records square footage or room counts for co-ops and condos, which is why the big portals get them so badly wrong. We work from recorded sales instead.

You see our sources

Every comparable sale behind your range is shown on screen, with its date. No black box, and no number we cannot show you the basis for.

Five boroughs get an instant estimate. Westchester, Rockland and Long Island are prepared by hand.

Where the estimate stops

Public records tell you what sold. They cannot tell you what yours will sell for.

The city register lags the market by months, records nothing about your floor, your light, your renovation or your building's financials, and never shows the contracts signed last week. A co-op on a high floor with a renovated kitchen and a healthy underlying mortgage can trade far above the same line three floors down.

That gap is the job. Carlos prices against live inventory, recent contracts and what boards are actually approving — then tells you what to fix before it lists.
